TSA Searched Valana Minerals

Valana Minerals is travel friendly. But it seems that the TSA officers didn't know what to make of a suitcase full of makeup and the 50 or so makeup brushes I had with me. After they scanned everything and realized it wasn't explosive, several TSA offers said they thought it was really cool that I owned my own makeup company. They started asking me about my products, my business and of course I handed out business cards and pamphlets. One of the officers said she'd heard of my company before but she wasn't sure how to choose a foundation shade. I suggested the shades that I thought would best match and she said she would go online and order.

So, while "Team Valana Minerals" (aptly named) waited for me I had the opportunity to share Valana Minerals with the TSA in San Diego. Now, off to Phoenix (then Houston). Wooohoo!
